Stacey McKibbin is the CEO of Consilio, a peak performance execution company that believes having a strong Middle Management Suite is the secret sauce of success. From their world class coaching, training and state of the art AI sales practice portal, Consilio has a proven system that works. Stacey leads her team of zealots by her example of passion and enthusiasm that guides leaders to accelerated success.

As a Master Practitioner of NLP and student of The Art of Negotiation, Stacey can help blend your corporate objectives with the vision, strategy, and the execution you need for both short- and long-term success. Stacey is also a DISC certified assessment administrator. She believes that this particular assessment when utilized within an organization will open up the lines of communication across every level and will ultimately lead to a more productive and all around better performing team. She is even so bold to claim “communication changes lives. ” That’s how important this work is!

Stacey lives in San Diego with her husband Chris and their two children Max and Jack and dog Roxy.

G.A. Bartick is President of Consilio and author of the international bestselling book, Silver Bullet Selling: 6 Critical Steps to Opening More Relationships and Closing More Sales. He has been in sales his entire career and uses his experience, knowledge, enthusiasm and personal style to connect with his audience and inspire improved performance.

G.A. has implemented hundreds of consultative sales programs for clients such as Bank of America, Google, Bank of the West, MetLife, State Farm, the NBA and Time Warner. One of his passions is 1-on-1 coaching with business owners, executives and managers. In all, G.A. is on the road at least 200 days a year transferring his knowledge and enthusiasm to executives, managers and sales people.

G.A. excels at teaching people how to go from Verbal Knowledge to Verbal Mastery by facilitating fun, high energy programs that maximize learning new skills. One of his passions is transforming managers and leaders into coaches and is highly credible in coaching executives how to bridge the gap from Customer Service to Customer Experience.

Prior to Consilio, G.A. was an executive at Nordstrom, one of the nation’s leading sales and customer service organizations. He ran a highly profitable sales organization that delivered the unique “Nordstrom experience” to its clientele. In addition, G.A. has a strong financial services background and carries his Series 6, 63, Life and Health Insurance and Real Estate licenses.

G.A. lives in San Diego with his wife Kelly, their three children Alicia, Carly and Jack, and three rescued greyhounds.

Susan is the Director of Client Success for Consilio. She is an experienced Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer with a demonstrated history of working successfully in multiple sectors in Healthcare and Non-Profit organizations. Early on, Susan developed critical team-building and coaching skills as an Olympic level gymnast. In college, she led her team to their first NCAA team victory, as well as winning the NCAA All-Around title. Susan’s affinity for coaching began as soon as she started her journey as an athlete and has been a cornerstone of her success over her extensive business career.

During the last 20 years, every organization Susan was part of grew revenue by at least 50%, with bottom line financial performance also increasing significantly. Further, because of Susan’s love of coaching, she was able to not only grow the business, but she was also able to impact employee engagement, seeing marked increases in survey results.

Susan has broke down barriers through coaching at all management levels as well as increased synergy and alignment amongst leadership. She has supported many successful organizations by addressing and minimizing things that pop out sideways and streamlined the hand-offs to create operational efficiencies.

Susan lives in Shingletown, CA with her husband Mark of nearly 30 years. Susan and Mark have three children, Cierra, Kennedy and Maverick, and their furry family members Ruby (dog) and Leeloo (dog)…we won’t mention the snake, lizard, or other critters that form the Bantz family!

Kayden Manning is an Senior Consultant at Consilio and brings a unique background in leadership education, classroom know-how, and sales acumen. Kayden earned her degree in International Leadership Studies from the McDonough Center for Leadership and Business and is a Certified DISC trainer and NLP Practitioner. Proficient in Mandarin (at the time) Kayden struck off for Shanghai after graduation and soon found herself helming a large classroom of international kindergartners.

After her stint abroad Kayden discovered her enthusiastic and persuasive persona lent itself perfectly to what would become her new career: sales. She spent the better part of a decade spearheading her sales team at Education First, the world’s leading educational travel organization. As liaison between EF and Girls Scouts of the USA. Kayden had the pleasure of selling to clients of all different rank, motivation, personality types, and buyer profiles. Kayden became a top sales performer.

Among her many achievements, Kayden helps people embrace discomfort to inspire growth. Her credited skills have transformed others to be more effective, trusted, and adaptive team leaders with engaging and interactive coaching.

Kayden lives in San Diego where she makes a point to soak up the sun and use her passport as much as possible. As a National Parks enthusiast, she can often be found hitting the trails in her own personal classroom: the great outdoors.

Shannon Peck Headshot

Shannon has a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and brings her many years of talent strategy & talent management consulting experience throughout CA. Shannon has spent the last decade helping clients build positive cultures, streamline hiring processes and execute recruiting strategies that are much different than the “norm.” She is a frequent speaker and professional trainer for industry events and the Positive Coaching Alliance. She especially enjoys helping companies to define their roles and get clear on what success looks like in their key strategic positions, helping managers to create the tools needed to successfully onboard, assess and improve performance so that they can hit revenue and profit goals.

Shannon was a regionally ranked competitive figure skater in her youth and starred in shows such as Ice Capades, Disney on ice, Holiday on Ice and Sea World, playing characters such as Barbie and the Blue Fairy in the story of Pinnochio. She coached competitive individual and synchronized team skaters, preparing them to physically and mentally skate successfully at regional and national level competitions.

She especially enjoys leadership development and executive coaching utilizing mental toughness principles and partners with leaders to identify thinking patterns, increase emotional IQ levels, improve how they coach their teams, to set measurable goals and put processes in place to ensure accountability. Her work with leaders has been instrumental in improving the engagement and retention of key players and increasing revenue and profits with leaders in multiple sectors.

Associate Consultant

Cat is a RN, MSN and an Associate Consultant at Consilio, bilingual in English and Spanish. She has two bachelor’s degrees from the University of California, Irvine, in Spanish Literature and Social Ecology with a specialization in Social Psychology. During her educational journey, she studied abroad in Moralia, Mexico and attended the University of Barcelona her junior year. In her last 4 months of college she stayed in Heredia, Costa Rica. After graduating from UC Irvine, Cat attended San Francisco State University for an accelerated master’s program that prepares students to take the nursing boards. From there, she earned her Masters in the Science of Nursing with a specialization in Public Health. Cat landed herself one, of only two, spots at Stanford Hospital’s Labor and Delivery New Grad Program.

Post college, Cat has worked at InterAmerican Group, a diversified consulting, management, and investment firm that specializes in structuring and implementing investment and sales activities in Latin America. She also worked for Sharp Mary Birch Hospital for Women and Children for 16 years where she spearheaded an educational campaign that taught nurses how to care for patients who experience a fetal demise.

Since 2016, Cat has been running a private family medical practice, Hormonal Wellness of La Jolla, Inc., with her husband, in San Diego, which she transformed into the top producing clinic in California. Cat and her husband have been married since 2001 and she has one wonderful teenage daughter. They happily live in Scripps Ranch with two cats, a new turtle, and rotating foster dogs.

Born in the national forests of Northern Wisconsin, Gary learned the value of hard work and education early. He started working his first job at age eight sweeping floors and breaking down boxes at the neighborhood grocery and spent long hours in the public library reading as many books as he could get his hands on.

Gary joined the U.S. Navy Sea Bees in his sophomore year to help pay for college, receiving a B.A. degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison in 1995, and an honorable discharge from the United States Navy Reserve in 1999.

From 1999 to 2003, Gary learned the business of business of Wall Street, bringing over 20 companies public while working with IPO Syndicate.com and Mercer Partners Private Client Services.

From 2003 to 20019, Gary ran his own consulting business, applying the communication fundamentals he learned on Wall Street to the hospitality business where he captained over 40 successful openings and turnarounds for some of the most respected food and beverage organizations in the U.S.

Gary joins the Consilio family as Senior Coaching Coordinator responsible for relationship building and strategic coaching planning. He is a husband, father, surfer, traveler, and communication evangelist.

Administrative Assistant

Hannah Camacho is one of San Diego’s finest natives. She has a professional background in various hospitality positions from bartending to restaurant management. Her customer service skills have elevated her to shine in numerous roles throughout her career.

In 2020, Hannah started an LLC making jewelry, selling at local markets and various online platforms. This business helped pay her way through her final years of college. Hannah earned her degree in Business Administration from San Diego State University in 2022, and holds two associate degrees from Southwestern College. After graduation, Hannah found her way to Consilio where she currently manages multiple projects and client relationships.

Hannah’s conscientious personality keeps her focused and passionate about the work she produces. Her welcoming nature and years spent in the hospitality industry have quickly made her an essential point of contact between clients and Consilio.

Hannah is a dog-mom to her 6-year old, Bangers (and mash..get it?) and lives happily in San Diego.
