leading the charge
We believe that great communication skills can change your life. So, we’ve assembled some of the best facilitators and consultants who share a passion for being communicators that inspire others to not only take action, but to pursue the best versions of themselves.
All of our facilitators have graduated from the school of hard knocks at some point in their life. Sure, they have degrees and technical skills, but more importantly they have demonstrated persistence in the face of adversity and exemplified what it means to “work harder on yourself, than on your job”. So, they understand intimately what they are asking people to do when they challenge them beyond their existing comfort zone to help them achieve their personal best.
It’s a lot easier to respect and learn from an instructor who has been there, done that.
