As our organization continues to evolve and grow, we find ourselves looking for a Marketing Operations / Project Coordinator to assist us in delivering a high-quality experience to every Client, every time.

Job Summary:

The Marketing Operations / Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting all facets of the organization; to include marketing, sales, client, program, administrative. This position will provide on-going support to all staff to move the company towards the common goal of creating revenue.  The successful candidate will not only have the skills to execute daily deliverables, but also the ability to pivot between very different tasks, often wearing multiple hats throughout the day. This person will have the confidence to take action, coupled with the sense of urgency to get it done now.

Essential activities:

  • Marketing / Sales Support:
    • Manage/Update Marketing Plan
      • Podcast Mgmt
        • LinkedIn sourcing / qualifying
        • Scheduling / Posting
        • Repurposing for social / content
      • Support inbound marketing campaigns; create landing pages, integrate with CRM and Website, review analytics, provide insights to improve results, liaison with vendors
      • Manage website and online learning portals (LMS)
      • Event management, as needed (webinars, live events, lunch n learns)
    • Create proposals and edit documents as needed
    • Manage InfusionSoft CRM, Create and Maintain logs, files and spreadsheets for leads and follow-up interaction
  • Client Support:
    • Create manuals for clients
    • Training management as needed (event set up, client scheduling and communication, post survey)
  • Administrative / Technical Support:
    • Maintain calendars and schedule appointments
    • Technology and tools maintained
    • Liaison with partners and vendors
  • Ongoing professional and personal development:
    • Constantly improve their knowledge base to drive core duties and responsibilities

Key Characteristics to be successful in this role:

  • Design skills and experience utilizing these tools (Adobe PDF, InDesign, Photoshop, Canva, WordPress)
  • Comfort with technology overall; Learning Management Software – LMS (LearnDash), CRM – preferably Infusionsoft, Scheduling software – preferably Calendly, Dropbox, Zoom, MicroSoft Suite, Audio/Video editing tools
  • Execution planning skills – ability to take a vision and break it down into smaller steps and initiatives then can manage self to get busy working the plan
  • Ability to recognize when process improvements are warranted and know how to implement the change quickly and efficiently.
  • Ability to improvise and be flexible to the unforeseen circumstances. Problem solving is something that comes easily and naturally.
  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal). Understanding on emotional intelligence.
  • Appreciation for the customer service aspect of the role; demonstrated experience achieving objectives while maintaining/improving customer satisfaction metrics.

Salary $50,000 – $75,000 depending on experience plus Bonus potential!
